What methods do you use for cleaning?
One of the methods we use for cleaning is hot water vapor (low humidity steam). We use the very best steamer on the market. Hot steam and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
Are your chemicals safe for my car paint?
Yes, we combine the latest technology with polymer based soaps to avoid any new swirls or marks on your paint. We use cleaning supplies from the top manufacturers to protect your vehicle and it’s finish. When we finish cleaning your car we use only clean microfiber towels to remove chemicals from your car.
How I can get any services?
You have 2 options:

Services range from 1 hour to multiple days depending on services requested.
Will you leave my interior completely dry after service?
We use hot steam so your carpets or upholstery will be 95% dry. If you plan to drive your car same day, dry time can take up to 4 hours. Dry time is affected by current humidity, temperature and air flow. One of the easiest way to get your car completely dry is to use your a/c system on max heat for 60 minutes with windows open.
Do I need to prep my car for detailing?
Nothing special is needed, but if you have anything valuable, please take it with you. Extreme Detail takes every precaution to safeguard your car and its contents, but WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for articles left in vehicle. Save time for our detailers by making decisions about your valuables. We are not liable for damage to non-factory accessories including NON-FACTORY PAINT.
Are you delivering the same level of detailing in the shop and Mobile?
Most of the year our van has the same equipment and chemicals that we use in the shop so quality will be the same. You can get up to 20% in saving if you come to the shop instead of traveling to you.
Some of our services, like paint correction, deep carpet/ upholstery cleaning and ceramic coatings, are available only at the shop due to the nature of the equipment needed, time needed and curing processes.
